Delivery Terms
We are committed to delivering your order with the same care and attention given to crafting each product.
- Order Preparation
All products are handcrafted upon request and prepared exclusively for each order.
Order preparation requires a minimum of three (3) days from the date payment is confirmed.
- Delivery Schedule
Delivery is arranged after the preparation period and takes place on the date and time selected by the customer, subject to availability.
>Same-day delivery is not available.

Customers may request a change to the delivery time up to two (2) hours before the scheduled delivery, subject to availability.
- Delivery Area
Delivery services are available within the State of Kuwait only and are fulfilled through third-party delivery companies.
- Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary depending on the delivery area and are calculated at checkout.
- Gift Orders
Gift orders are available through a dedicated Gifts section on the website.
Gift orders are prepared and delivered according to the same preparation and delivery terms outlined above, with special attention given to packaging and presentation.
- Responsibility for Delays
While every effort is made to meet scheduled delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control or by the delivery service provider.
- Accuracy of Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
- Failed or Missed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or inability to be contacted, the delivery may be rescheduled, and additional delivery charges may apply according to the delivery company’s policy.
