Welcome to our world, where each product is thoughtfully crafted and every detail is carefully considered. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

  • Product Preparation

All of our products are made to order and prepared exclusively for each client. We do not keep ready-made stock.

Order preparation begins once payment is confirmed and the order status is marked as “In Preparation.”

  • Payment

Payment is accepted online only. Orders are confirmed upon successful completion of payment.

  • Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before preparation begins.

Once the order status changes to “In Preparation,” cancellation or refunds are no longer possible, as the product is being handcrafted specifically for you.

  • Preparation & Delivery Time

Orders are prepared within a minimum of three (3) days.

Delivery takes place after preparation is complete, on the date and time selected by the customer, subject to availability.

  • Delivery Within Kuwait

Delivery is available within the State of Kuwait only and is handled through third-party delivery companies.

Delivery fees vary depending on the area. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control or by the delivery provider.

  • Candle Curing

To ensure optimal scent performance and quality, candles require a curing period.

It is recommended to store candles sealed, in a cool and dark place, for a minimum of two (2) weeks before use.

  • Candle Usage

Each order includes a card with clear instructions for safe candle use. Customers are advised to follow these guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

  • Natural Products

As our products are made using carefully selected natural ingredients, slight variations in color or scent may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic and part of the product’s uniqueness, not a defect.

  • Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once preparation has begun, except in the case of a clear manufacturing defect upon delivery.

  • Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
